Is Mewing and nose reduction permissible or forbidden, is it considered altering Allah's creation, and is seeking beauty forbidden?

There is no harm in using the "fish mouth" technique if its effectiveness is proven. These are exercises and movements of the tongue and lips, and do not fall under the prohibited alteration of Allah's creation.
