How does one perform ablution if both hands have been burnt and covered with a bandage?

If a person with burns is able to use their hands for ablution (Wudu'), they are obligated to do so. If they are unable, they must seek someone to help them perform Wudu', even if it requires paying a customary fee. If they cannot find anyone to help them with Wudu', they should perform Tayammum (dry ablution). If they are unable to perform Tayammum themselves, they should hire someone to assist them with it.

If they perform Wudu' and are able to wash the burned area, they must do so. If they are unable to wash, they should wipe directly over that area. If that is also not possible, they should wipe over the bandage covering their hands.
