Then the black banners will come from the East, and they will kill you with a killing not committed by any people" – then the following is mentioned – "So when you see him, pledge allegiance to him, even if you have to crawl over snow, for he is Allah's Caliph, the Mahdi," along with an explanation of what the treasure is, who the three and the caliph are, whether the time of its occurrence is near, and who the people of the black banners are, and if they are the Persian Majus in Iran?

Is the feeling of awe when wearing beautiful clothes, or proudly telling people that shortening one’s garment is following the Sunnah, considered arrogance or self-admiration? And is someone who shortens his garment out of arrogance considered to be trailing his garment [in pride]? And how do we respond to those who say that one must keep up with people’s customs in dress, and that what is below the ankles is not forbidden in this time and environment?
