What is the ruling of Islamic law on the appearance of beardless youths on so-called Islamic channels, and is it permissible for a woman to watch male vocalists whose faces and bodies appear on these channels without being tempted?

A man must protect his family and keep them from looking at young men with lust, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire," and "And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts." He must also be moderate in his jealousy, neither excessive nor negligent in what Allah has commanded him, and provide good alternatives for his family. As for those in charge of the channels, one should have a good opinion of them in providing purposeful entertainment. The appearance of a beardless youth is permissible, and whoever fears being tempted by him must lower his gaze.
