Is it permissible religiously to use ant soil, recite Surahs Al-Ikhlas, Al-Mu'awwidhatayn, and Al-Fatihah three times over it, and then scatter it in the house for the purpose of selling the house, knowing that the house was indeed sold after doing so?

Reading the Qur’an for ruqyah and healing is beneficial. The Prophet ﷺ used to recite the Mu'awwidhat upon himself and blow (with it). As for reciting the Qur’an on ant-dust and scattering it inside the house for its sale, this is closer to charlatanism and sorcery, and its benefit is not known religiously, rationally, or experientially. Any coincidental completion of a sale after such an act does not mean that it was the cause of it. Scholars have stipulated that considering something a cause for another without authorization from the Shariah or empirical evidence is minor shirk.
