What is meant by the Prophet's saying, "If you see women riding saddles," and is it a metaphor for women riding cars?

The aforementioned hadith, "There will be at the end of my Ummah men who ride on saddles until they reach the doors of mosques, their women are dressed yet naked," is weak or denounced (munkar), for it contains Sulayman ibn Dawud al-Yamami, who is abandoned (matruk) and was deemed weak by scholars. As for "saddles" (suruj), they are the riding gear for animals and it is not correct to interpret them as cars. It has been stated in the Hanafi madhhab that it is disliked for women to ride on saddles, but this is not absolute.
