Is it obligatory to repeat the Dhuhr prayer after the Friday prayer in cities where there are many mosques, or is it not obligatory to repeat it?

It is not permissible to have multiple Friday prayers in one town unless there is a need, such as long distances, a small mosque, or fear of sedition. If there are multiple Friday prayers without a need, scholars have differed on which one is valid. Some have held that the Imam's Friday prayer is valid, whether it occurred earlier or later, while others believe that the preceding Friday prayer is the valid one. If the multiplicity is due to a need, as is the case in most large cities today, then the Friday prayer is valid in all mosques.
