Is it obligatory to read the translated Qur’an so as not to leave the Book of Allah neglected, even though the Qur’an is read from standard copies?

The translation of the meanings of the Holy Quran does not take the ruling of the Mus'haf (physical copy of the Quran) concerning the obligation of ritual purity, and it is always desirable to read it, so that it does not become neglected.
