The answer

The conditions of the Hereafter differ from those of this world, as the earth will be changed to another earth, and so will the heavens. On that Day, people will be on the Sirat (bridge). The scattering of the planets mentioned in the Qur’an means their falling or dispersing and exiting their orbits. This may occur in cosmic space, or it may be from the unseen that we do not know. The matters of the Hereafter are not to be measured by the matters of this world, as this scattering represents a change in the cosmic order.
