Ghusl

• Can semen be mucoid and viscous, or be emitted with a quick minor urge?
• What is the ruling on semen discharge due to masturbation, and the ruling on feeling its discharge in a wet dream then preventing it? Is ghusl (ritual bath) obligatory in both cases? And what is the ruling on purifying clothes and the ground if some semen gets on them?
• What is the remedy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) regarding intention, which leads to doubting the validity of acts of worship, and what is the ruling on water entering the vagina unintentionally during ghusl?
• Does the presence of a medium-sized piece of a siwak stick lodged between the teeth after prayer invalidate the ablution, if its presence was not known before performing the ablution?
• Is it necessary to re-fast a missed day (qada') after imagining a man's 'awra and discharging a thin, yellowish fluid without feeling lust? And what are the consequences of masturbating at night during Ramadan, unaware of its prohibition and the necessity of ghusl?

Should I fast with the appearance of this blood, considering it istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding), or should I break my fast?
