Is it better to listen to the Qur’an while the sound is interrupted by wind, or to turn it off until the sound becomes clear?

Listening to a Quranic recitation should be interrupted if the sound interruptions detract from the intended understanding and contemplation, turning it into a form of frivolity. However, if the interruptions do not impede understanding and contemplation, then there is no harm in continuing the recitation and listening.
