What is the ruling on ablution with a hair clip, and is wiping permissible with hair that is tied or adorned, and what is the ruling on a blouse with transparent sleeves?

It is permissible to wipe over a woman's tied or specially styled hair if there is no barrier over it. Prayer is not valid in a garment with transparent sleeves that reveal the skin of the body, and it is not permissible to wear it in front of non-mahram men. However, if there is an opaque garment underneath it, there is no objection to wearing it, provided that the Sharia requirements are met.
