Prayer Times

• Is the sniffing out ( الاستنثار ) mentioned in the Hadith necessitated by performing a complete ablution (wudu'), or is sniffing out alone sunnah for one who wakes up from sleep even if not for prayer, and is it legislated for a menstruating woman to do that?
• What is meant by "Aqib"? And should the Dhikr be recited before the Tasleem to conclude the prayer? And should "Subhan al-Malik al-Quddus" be recited twice in a low voice and the third time aloud with the addition? And should 10 Rak'at be prayed, then Shafa' and Witr?
