If a Muslim keeps a dog for guarding outside the house, how does he purify himself if he touches the dog, and what is the ruling if he cannot find soil for purification, and are there other alternatives for cleaning, and what about accompanying the dog and dealing with it?

And what is the ruling on washing the anus and private parts if impurity is discovered to have remained after Wudu'?
