How can the concept of Divine Decree (Qadaa), in its two categories (definite and suspended), be reconciled with what is stated in the Hadith: "No servant truly believes until he believes in Qadar, its good and its evil, coming from Allah, and until he knows that what befell him was not to miss him, and what missed him was not to befall him"? And does Allah's eternal knowledge of the people of Paradise and Hell contradict the principle of free will? And how do we respond to the misconception that Allah's creation of humankind, along with His prior knowledge of their destiny, is an act of loving to torment them?
