What is the response to a sequence that implies that one who commits major shirk is considered a disbeliever merely by the act, and that establishing proof against him is not a prerequisite for judging him a disbeliever, and that whoever does not declare him a disbeliever is himself a disbeliever, and that this ruling sequentially applies to whoever does not declare a disbeliever, and whoever does not declare a disbeliever someone who did not declare a disbeliever?

Is it permissible to distribute an admonition attributed to Ibn Abbas concerning the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, which states: "O people, you have an end, so reach your end. And you have landmarks, so reach your landmarks. Indeed, the believer is between two fears: an appointed term that has passed, and he knows not what Allah will do concerning it; and an appointed term that remains, and he knows not what Allah will decree concerning it. So let the servant take provision from himself for himself, and from his worldly life for his Hereafter, and from life before death. For by Him in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, there is no return for seeking forgiveness after death, and after this world there is nothing but either Paradise or Hell"; without verifying its chain of narration, and should reliance in this matter be placed on the text or the chain of narration?
Is the death of one's father and his burial in Al-Baqi‘ a blessing? And does praying over him in the Haram have more virtue than in other mosques? And do the children benefit from their father's striving in the way of Islam in Allah being pleased with them? He speaks of the trust (amanah) that the heavens and the earth refused to bear but which man bore, and he wishes he were like a rock or a tree in a forest that neither feels nor speaks.
Is it possible for one to ask for something in Paradise that was forbidden to him in this world, such as a man asking to intimately associate with a man he loved in this world?
