How can it be just for an unbeliever to abide eternally in Hellfire for disobeying Allah for a short period, and is it decreed for those with disabilities who die as unbelievers to suffer in this world and the Hereafter?
Why does Allah want to fill Hell with humans and jinn and torment them, when He is the Most Merciful, capable of guiding them, as stated in the verse: "And if We had willed, We could have given every soul its guidance, but the word from Me will come true: 'I will surely fill Hell with jinn and mankind all together'"?
What is the ruling on the statement of one who declares a persistent sinner an apostate if they deem the sin permissible, and obliges them to return to Islam by uttering the Two Testimonies, performing ghusl, and repenting? And was this statement transmitted from any of the Salaf?
